DescriptionUL Solutions is seeking a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive recruitment efforts across our Functional Job Families ( Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, and Administration). his hybrid role is based in Northbrook, IL, with an expectation of being onsite three days per week. With a primary focus on United States operations, this position is ideal for a dynamic and collaborative leader with deep expertise in talent acquisition and a proven ability to build and manage high-performing recruitment teams.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & Develop Talent: Manage and mentor a team of TA professionals, supporting their growth through clear development plans and feedback.
- Drive Strategic Recruitment: Own end-to-end hiring strategies aligned with business goals and market trends, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
- Enhance Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging process from sourcing to onboarding, delivering an exceptional candidate journey.
- Champion Sourcing & Branding: Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent and promote UL’s employer brand across multiple channels.
- Leverage Data & Improve Processes: Utilize recruitment metrics to optimize performance, ensure ATS accuracy (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead Key Initiatives: Drive global and local talent projects
- Stay Future-Focused: Keep ahead of talent acquisition trends, tools, and technologies to ensure continued innovation.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- Minimum of 2 years leading a team of recruiters, with a focus on corporate functions
- Experience partnering with cross-functional business leaders across regions
- Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Spanish is a plus
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $93,600 to $124,700 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
