• Onboarding Coordination
• MIT and Borrowed Manager Travel Support


Core Responsibilities
• Support Talent Team consisting of two Talent Acquisition Managers and a Director of Talent Acquisition
• Assist in achievement of Recruiting Program goals: monthly/annual hire targets, NRO readiness, time to fill,
cost-per-hire, interview-to-hire ratios, internal promotion rates, and internal client satisfaction
• Manage Loxo workflows, ensuring all roles, stages, and notes are current
• Maintain hiring dashboards and generate weekly/monthly reports
• Source management candidates via LinkedIn, Loxo, indeed, Handshake and other emerging technologies for
Talent Acquisition Manager engagement
• Coordinate management selection process: Discovery Days, interviews with Local Owners, VP of Ops, COO
• Run job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake; track expirations and ensure brand consistency
• Coordinate vendor payments, track/report on spending, generate cost-per-hire reporting
• Support college campus recruiting and internship coordination
• Ensure onboarding completion in UKG (including E-Verify and document collection) for MITs
• Manage hourly job postings in UKG for NROs; refresh, boost, and adjust postings per restaurant request
• Process key hourly requests in UKG
• Book hotel accommodations for MITs and borrowed managers
• Reconcile weekly travel charges (hotel only)
• Manage travel per-diem allowances for MITs and borrowed managers


Continuous Improvement & Efficiency
The Talent Acquisition Support Partner will actively evaluate and refine systems, workflows, and vendor usage to ensure
scalable and sustainable recruiting support. This includes identifying inefficiencies, adopting automation, and leveraging
best-in-class technologies to drive speed, accuracy, and consistency across the recruiting process.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Work Experience
• 5+ years of experience in a recruiting support, HR coordinator, or operations role in a growing restaurant or hospitality
industry business
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Loxo, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.)
• A continuous improvement mindset with a natural curiosity for improving workflows and systems
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple timelines
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and productivity tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• A passion for people, precision, and progress
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time in an office environment with the ability to bend, stoop, kneel and move
freely using all limbs
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
• Ability to attend meetings, conferences, workshops, etc. as well as visit Jim ‘N Nick’s locations, vendors, etc.
• Responsible for utilizing office equipment. The effective operation of equipment requires the use of all limbs, fingers and
the ability to see
• Must be able work under a high degree of stress on a physical, mental and emotional level; this includes performing
work in a fast-paced manner and making timely decisions
