Premier Medical Resources is hiring for a Full-Time On-Site Talent Acquisition Supervisor!
 
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and evaluating candidates to onboarding—using a mix of traditional and innovative recruitment strategies. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure talent acquisition efforts align with organizational goals and culture.
In addition to leading and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, this position oversees executive-level recruitment, drives process improvements, and ensures a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role also involves managing vendor relationships and using data-driven insights to continuously refine recruitment strategies and operations.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts across all levels of the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to assess hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans, setting and tracking KPIs such as applicant engagement and time-to-fill.
• Oversee and support a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance.
• Serve as the primary contact for executive-level recruitment, ensuring alignment with leadership expectations.
• Evaluate and optimize sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, campus outreach, and community engagement.
• Coordinate and attend career fairs and recruitment events to promote employer branding and attract top talent.
• Deliver training to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
• Provide timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience through consistent feedback and service improvements.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform talent acquisition strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations across all recruitment activities.
• Manage recruitment vendors and contracts to ensure value and alignment with business objectives.
• Standardize recruitment processes and documentation to maintain quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Analytics to evaluate team performance and ensure strategic alignment.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on recruitment activity, progress, and results.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Effective internal consulting and group facilitation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across departments and leadership levels.
• Knowledge of process improvement and quality control standards.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and setting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment analytics tools.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
