About the Role: 

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight of the Talent Acquisition function, including recruitment strategy, compliance, analytics, employer branding, and people leadership. This role ensures hiring efforts are aligned with business growth, workforce planning, and DEI objectives. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor partners with senior leadership and Human Resources teams to support organizational goals while overseeing Talent Team Leaders and the broader recruiting function.

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000, depending on skills and qualifications, plus eligibility for the annual incentive program
Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, coach, and guide recruiters to meet hiring targets and service-level expectations.
  • Assign requisitions, monitor workloads, and ensure consistent recruiting execution.
  • Provide real-time feedback, training, and mentoring to recruiters on sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement, professional development, and engagement within the talent team.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to resolve operational issues and support system updates.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Analyze and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, diversity metrics).
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and candidate follow-up.
  • Source high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and passive candidate strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Communicate clearly and timely with candidates regarding status and next steps.
  • Ensure recruiters follow established recruiting policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Track requisition progress and report status updates, risks, and challenges to the Talent Supervisor.
  • Support accurate data entry and reporting within the ATS.
  • Partner with HR and onboarding teams to support seamless transitions from offer acceptance to onboarding.

 Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Five or more years of recruitment experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Experience recruiting or leading talent acquisition functions within healthcare or healthcare revenue cycle management environments
  • Experience using ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, and HR technology tools
  • Experience leading recruiting strategy in high-volume or complex hiring environments

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • ​​Experience supervising team leads or managing multi-tier recruiting teams
  • ​Exposure to employer branding initiatives or DEI-focused recruiting strategies
  • ​Experience partnering with senior leadership on Dayforce‑supported recruiting strategy and workforce planning​
