The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for the company. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, driving employer branding initiatives, and ensuring that the company attracts, selects, and hires top-tier talent. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with department heads to meet staffing needs, ensure positive candidate experience, and align recruitment strategies with the company's goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy Development:
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Develop and manage workforce planning and recruitment strategies to ensure the company meets its staffing needs.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Manage and improve recruitment workflows to ensure a timely and efficient hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a team of recruitment specialists and provide guidance, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and candidate expectations.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and metrics.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent and promote a positive image.
- Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to build awareness of the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Sourcing & Networking:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment outcomes and strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use analytics to monitor recruitment performance and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to senior management, providing insights on hiring trends, costs, and time-to-hire.
Diversity & Inclusion:
- Drive initiatives to attract diverse talent and ensure the recruitment process is inclusive and aligned with diversity goals.
- Promote and ensure adherence to diversity and inclusion policies in the recruitment process.
Training and Development:
- Provide training for hiring managers and interviewers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment tools and platforms.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic role within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment and strategic talent acquisition.
