About the Opportunity:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CLBC, you'll play a key role in shaping a diverse and inclusive workforce that supports adults with developmental disabilities across British Columbia.
This temporary opportunity joins a collaborative and supportive Talent Acquisition team within the broader People & Culture division. As recruitment activity continues to grow, this role adds capacity to a team that works closely together, shares knowledge, and supports one another in delivering high-quality, thoughtful recruitment.
In this role, you'll execute full-cycle recruitment across service delivery and corporate teams, partner with hiring managers, and contribute to inclusive, skills-based hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
If you're a skilled recruiter who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, and contributing to a collaborative work environment, we'd love to hear from you. Experience with in-house recruitment and unionized environments would be a valuable asset in this role.
