Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales
Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while providing legendary service to our candidates and strong partnership with our hiring managers. Identify top talent through aggressive sourcing methods including internet research, networking, employee referrals, cold calling, advertisements, career events, industry associations and other unique sourcing methods.
This position is located in office at our Pittsburgh office.
Job Duties
- Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to final selection for assigned roles, ensuring a constant inflow of high-caliber candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner effectively with business units and HR leadership, refining hiring strategies, tailoring job roles, suggesting competitive compensations, and negotiating optimal offers with prospective hires.
- Performance & Goal Attainment: Drive success by consistently meeting or surpassing monthly recruitment targets, aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and other essential recruitment metrics. Ensure transparent and timely communication with both internal teams and external candidates, upholding a standard of excellence throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Employer Brand Enhancement: Elevate sourcing strategies by harnessing emerging technologies and best practices. Display expertise in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume, and bolster our employer brand online presence across various platforms.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques, exploring avenues such as online research, networking, employee referrals, and attendance at career and industry events to scout the best talent. Craft and execute compelling SMS and email campaigns, employing direct outreach to capture the attention and interest of potential candidates.
- HR Technology Proficiency: Seamlessly integrate HR tech platforms like Workday and Phenom CRM into daily tasks, along with adept use of Microsoft Office Suite applications for efficient communication and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-6 years Talent acquisition or related H.R. or business experience. Required
- 1-3 years Experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in an agency or in-house setting. Required
- Communication skills: Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders. (High proficiency)
- Candidate assessment expertise: Exceptional capability in candidate assessment and interviewing techniques. (High proficiency)
- Service Excellence: A commitment to service excellence, marked by a proactive approach to meeting the needs of candidates and the team. (High proficiency)
- Organizational & Analytical Skills: Solid organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities, paired with quick analytical thinking and a keen attention to detail. (Medium proficiency)

Scope
- Work is accomplished with moderate supervision. Follows established and detailed directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.
- Provides resolution to an assortment of problems that are typically well defined, but some clarification or judgment is required to determine action, as additional information about the problem/task is discovered. Uses judgment within defined practices/procedures to determine appropriate action. Problem/Task resolution timeframe: Inclusive of shorter timeframes, but the majority of tasks take up to several weeks to resolve.
- Under general supervision, proceeds alone for regular duties, referring questionable cases to supervisor.

- Failure to achieve results or erroneous judgments may require the allocation of additional resources to correct and/or achieve goals.
- Contacts are primarily within the department or function with occasional cross-functional interfaces. Some limited external customer contact on routine matters.
The pay range for this position is $62,800 - 78,000.
