 Our client, a well-respected A-rated insurance carrier, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This fully remote position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry and a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting. This temp-to-perm role offers strong potential for permanent placement.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the Commercial P&C space
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Create compelling job descriptions and ensure consistent employer branding across platforms
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Track key recruiting metrics to evaluate and improve performance
Requirements:
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Commercial Property & Casualty insurance roles required
  • Skilled in sourcing candidates for a wide range of positions, from entry-level to VP
  • Proficient in job board management, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in onboarding processes and supporting HR compliance is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay Rate: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
