Our client, a well-respected A-rated insurance carrier, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This fully remote position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry and a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting. This temp-to-perm role offers strong potential for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the Commercial P&C space

Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process

Create compelling job descriptions and ensure consistent employer branding across platforms

Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system

Track key recruiting metrics to evaluate and improve performance
Requirements:

3 - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Commercial Property & Casualty insurance roles required

Skilled in sourcing candidates for a wide range of positions, from entry-level to VP

Proficient in job board management, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience in onboarding processes and supporting HR compliance is a plus
