Job Overview
You will be working as a part of the Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for executing the company’s recruiting strategy to meet current and future hiring needs. The position is primarily to recruit for open positions in the US, technical and non-technical roles.
This is a 100% telecommute role.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating the recruiting process involving promoting the job positions, sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organisation.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and the Human Resources team during the offer process, recommending the competitive salary range, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Collect interviews feedback from the technical leads and provide hiring recommendations to the hiring managers.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
- Work with HR Business Partners to co-ordinate various matters in relation to recruitment.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, which includes full cycle recruiting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Proficient skills and in-depth knowledge of MS applications and applicant tracking systems and HRIS (Freshteams or other related systems)
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, employment policies and procedures and applicable regulations.

- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
