KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related topics within the assigned organizational scope.
  • Participate in various recruitment initiatives and projects to support continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
  • Engage with clients on a case-by-case basis to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates according to client standards, qualifications, and project needs.
  • Post job openings and manage candidate pools using online recruitment platforms.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 6 years of working experience, with strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Oil & Gas recruitment experience is required.
  • Ideally experienced in sectors such as Engineering, O&G, Construction, Aerospace & Defense.
  • Recruitment experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and managing customer expectations.
  • Experience hiring BIM resources is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible, motivated team player with a client-minded, goal-oriented, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Solid experience using CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Must be immediately available to join.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Bachelors degree required.
