Compensation (Pay): $61,043.68 to $88,513.33 /annually, based on experience.

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the posting, sourcing, interviewing and placement of non-provider positions. The ability to develop strong partnerships with internal and external candidates is crucial to success in this position. To achieve this, the right individual must provide exemplary customer service to candidates and internal hiring manager, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency. This position requires recruitment of all levels of talent and someone who posses excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Education/Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field strongly preferred
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or human resources experience required; proactive sourcing or healthcare talent acquisition experience preferred.
