Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruiting and talent pipeline development for the company's growing sales organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and onboard qualified talent in a fast-paced environment.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer administration, and onboarding activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong talent pipelines.
As the organization continues to grow, this role may have opportunities to gain exposure to broader Human Resources functions and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
· Manage recruiting activities throughout the hiring process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer administration, and onboarding support.
· Assist in building and maintaining candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
· Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and recruiting priorities.
· Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
· Support recruiting efforts for sales and commercial positions, as well as other business functions as needed.
· Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives to promote the company and attract talent.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist with offer letter preparation, background checks, and pre-employment activities.
• Support onboarding activities and help ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the recruiting and onboarding process.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding documentation as needed.
Recruiting Administration & Compliance
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring records within ATS and HRIS systems.
• Maintain recruiting activity reports, hiring metrics, and talent pipeline information.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruiting documentation and ensure proper record retention.
• Assist with recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition projects.
• Execute additional responsibilities as required to support business operations and leadership priorities.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields is a plus.
• Experience supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees, managers, candidates, and business partners in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or sourcing tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience recruiting for sales, customer-facing, manufacturing, distribution, or operational positions preferred.
• Agency recruiting, staffing, or corporate recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced environment is preferred.
