El Paso County is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Limited Term to join our Human Resources team. This limited-term opportunity is anticipated to run from September 2026 through January 2028 and offers an exciting opportunity to recruit talented professionals who make a difference in our community every day.
In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, identify top talent, guide candidates through the hiring process, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment. You’ll help create positive candidate experiences while supporting departments and elected offices in finding the people who will help shape the future of County government.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Duties are primarily performed in an office and remote work environment dependent upon Department discretion and business needs; some travel may be required.
