Talent Acquisition Specialist II - Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent in the manufacturing or skilled trade industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various manufacturing positions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and onboarding new hires
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruiting process

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools

Desired Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish or Tagalong
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow
