Talent Acquisition Specialist II

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an integral role, as the initial point of contact and first impression for all job applicants. You will also play a critical role in shaping our company culture and finding individuals who embody our core values as a client -focused organization.   <\/span>

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, to offer negotiation and closing for roles of all levels<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Partner with hiring managers to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Strengthen our employer brand by providing a best -in -class candidate experience for potential new hires.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Interact with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues at all levels in a professional and timely manner.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Have a results -driven approach to recruiting, developing and improving our sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Maintain accurate and up -to -date records in our ATS.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Staffing Coordinators to ensure employees are supported through their onboarding experience.<\/span>

• Support special Talent Acquisition projects that support continuous business process improvement.<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also provide administrative support to HR functions as needed.<\/span>
  <\/p>

  • All Correspondence generation.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Electronic Recordkeeping.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • HR file maintenance.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • HRIS entries and updates.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • HR Program execution.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Liaison between HR System Vendors<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist also ensures reports, files, and programs are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations. This position is responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of human resources/personnel data and information our organization uses to execute<\/span>
    <\/p>

    HR programs, strategies, and recommendations. In addition, this position, acts as a point of customer service, assisting employees with questions regarding HR programs, policies, and other employment information. Ensuring overall operational efficiencies by supporting the Human Resources function at Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare.<\/span>

    Finding the right people for the right position is the first line of defense to providing great customer service. The Talent Acquisition Specialist Should have knowledge or experience in the following:<\/b><\/span>
    <\/b><\/p>

     <\/b><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Identifying/ Sourcing qualified candidates using online databases, networking and employee referrals.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proactively and responsively contact candidates who apply to positions in your assigned sector and conduct preliminary phone screenings and Virtual Interviews to assess a candidate's skill sets, competence, and ability to thrive in our organization.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Move, qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline, while maintaining constant contact and following all HR protocols. Maintain an accurate candidate database through thorough candidates notes, codes and contact methods.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Consistently build and maintain relationships with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process to ensure high closure rates.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Coordinate all new hires and on -boarding procedures and additional projects as assigned.<\/span><\/span>

      Qualifications:<\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/div>

      • 3 -5 years experience in a Human Resources Recruiting Role. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Must have a friendly, outgoing and personable, and professional demeanor. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
