What You'll Do:

 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you help to build the highly skilled, compassionate teams that improve the lives of our guests and their families. 

This position will be working for our PPS Agency, which supports our Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation Centers in six states. The position will be in our Wethersfield Office. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate active and passive candidate pools through sourcing, social media, marketing, employee referrals, etc.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications for per diem and temp RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and fit for long-term care roles in six states (CT, NY, Mass, Maine, VT, and NH).
  • Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and ensuring the completion of applicants and new-hire documentation, screening, and background requirements, and other tasks through onboarding

 What You'll Bring:

 

Qualifications of a Talent Acquisition Specialist include:

 

  • Experience working in an agency environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including the use of various modes and methods for outreach and engagement
  • Experience using job boards, iCIMS Applicant tracking systems
  • Previous experience recruiting and assisting with onboarding processes
