What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert to source technical talent across active and passive markets
  • Building deep market insight by engaging with networks, analysing competitor trends and developing specialist knowledge

  • Assessing and screening candidates to ensure consistent, fair and capability‑based evaluation
  • Negotiating offers and clearly communicating total reward, benefits and the onboarding journey
  • Championing diversity, inclusion and values‑aligned behaviours throughout the recruitment process

Who we’re looking for:

  • Expertise in sourcing Finance, Tax and Audit roles, with proven knowledge of external market conditions and trends
  • Experience of the full recruitment lifecycle within an in‑house, RPO or agency environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a high-volume of roles and stakeholders effectively, maintaining a quality service
  • A passion for delivering excellent experiences for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong direct sourcing skills across a variety of attraction channels
  • Experience of advocating for inclusion and wellbeing across multiple dimensions
  • Confidence as a brand ambassador through social media, events and networking
  • Knowledge of UK employment law, recruitment risks and regulatory considerations

Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:

  • The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
  • Generous pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
  • Competitive family leave
  • Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
  • There are the many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
  • We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
