Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for global roles across business units, operations, and central functions — from intake to offer stage — ensuring speed, quality, and compliance

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs, challenge requests when appropriate, and translate requirements into effective sourcing and assessment strategies

  • Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting for critical and senior roles worldwide, ensuring an excellent candidate experience

Continuous Improvement & Functional Excellence

  • Support the definition and execution of the Talent Acquisition strategy, in alignment with business priorities and HR roadmap

  • Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving TA efficiency, candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring manager capability

  • Maintain and develop the Talent Acquisition Balanced Scorecard, tracking key KPIs and generating data-driven insights to guide decision-making

  • Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities within the recruitment process (e.g., candidate screening, sourcing automation, analytics)

  • Support the development and rollout of training, tools, and guides for hiring managers to enhance their recruitment effectiveness

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, BU leaders, and global functional heads.

  • Coordinate with external search partners and recruitment agencies when appropriate, ensuring consistency and cost efficiency

  • Represent the Group HR function as a trusted advisor in all Talent Acquisition-related topics

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in international or industrial environment

  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and leadership positions across multiple locations

  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing, assessment methods, and candidate evaluation

  • Experience with TA metrics, analytics, and scorecard management

  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applications in recruiting (e.g., sourcing tools, matching algorithms, or candidate evaluation platforms)

  • Proficiency in ATS systems (Workday) and modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM, etc.)

  • Fluency in English; French is a strong plus
