Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities and creating an exceptional candidate experience.
From drafting job postings and screening resumes to conducting phone interviews and coordinating hiring processes, you will help build simple, efficient, and business-aligned recruitment practices.
Execute recruitment strategies with a focus on operational simplicity and alignment with business needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their real needs and provide tailored solutions.
Contribute to building a consistent and scalable candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values.
Support cross-functional projects aimed at simplifying recruitment processes and driving the organization’s growth.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, associations, and recruitment partners to strengthen our employer brand.
Provide clear and reliable reports on recruitment activities (postings, applicants, interviews, hires).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field;
3 to 5 years' experience in talent acquisition;
Strong interest in recruitment and organizational growth;

Annual Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
