What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct recruiter phone screens and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Create and maintain standardized interview guides and hiring scorecards.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including careers page content, social media, and recruiting events.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates through BambooHR.
- Work with HR in offer preparation, references, and onboarding activities.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to create an efficient, consistent, and inclusive hiring experience.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within technology or high-growth organizations.
- Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience hiring in and outside of Canada.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work collaboratively with managers while providing thoughtful hiring guidance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience recruiting software engineers and technical talent.

- Familiarity with Canadian employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
- Experience working within a scaling SaaS or technology company.
- Experience with HRIS especially BambooHR.
