We are actively seeking a part time (approx 25 hrs per week) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team! We would love to hear from you!!

What You’ll Do - Some high impact opportunities you'll tackle include:

  • Attract: Source and attract candidates through building relationships, direct approach, referrals, social media, etc.
  • Execute: A full cycle recruiting process, to include writing job descriptions, managing postings and referrals, resume reviews, screenings, managing the interview process, communicating with hiring managers and extending offers.
  • ExperienceManage the candidate experience, ensuring every candidate gets the RP experience they deserve.
  • Analytics: Provide regular and accurate reporting to the VP, People & Culture around RP’s recruiting efforts.
  • Documentation: Ensure all Talent Acquisition documentation is up to date and accurate.

    Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can:

    • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting with demonstrated experience in developing diverse attraction strategies.
    • Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence
    • Organized:Incredibly organized with strong time management skills.
    • Trust: The ability to foster trust on day 1 with our candidates
    • ATS: Familiarity with a variety of ATS systems, TeamTailor is a plus!
