As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to support our internal talent acquisition efforts. The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and highly efficient Recruitment Resourcer to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a crucial role with an immediate start, focused on sourcing and engaging top-tier white-collar talent for a diverse range of roles across our organisation, including (but not limited to) administration, finance, marketing, customer service, and management positions.

You will be an integral part of our recruitment success, working closely with our HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Sourcing: Identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate suitability against role requirements and company culture, and manage candidate expectations.
  • Talent Pooling: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Accurately update and manage candidate records within our ATS, ensuring data integrity and reporting readiness.
  • Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing diaries and logistics.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and respectful candidate journey from initial contact through to interview stage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the broader HR team and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and recruitment priorities.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or similar role with recruitment is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to a 6-month on-site contract.
