About The Role:

 

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.   As a driven and professional recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent. We’re looking for an enthusiastic self starter who has a passion for full cycle recruiting. In this role you’ll work closely with hiring managers to source, attract and close candidates who are a great fit for the company and culture. You are well connected on different sourcing forums, you are motivated, goal-oriented towards shrinking time to hire and have a high level of integrity.  We require someone with total dedication to compliance that you know protects the company and the candidate.  You work tirelessly to consistently improve the hiring process and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This requires a motivated and experienced recruitment professional to hit the ground running!

 

What you’re responsible for:

  • Responsible to drive full life cycle of recruiting for corporate and some field roles
  • Work with Corporate TA Manager and hiring managers to develop job descriptions that comply with all current legal requirements
  • Conduct efficient and detailed intake process with all hiring managers and stakeholders, and execute sourcing strategies that result in hires that are excited and motivated to win
  • You prepare to conduct regular updates on search status and follow up on each candidate
  • Source and recruit candidates through a variety of online and offline sources
  • Expertly screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering assessments
  • Use ATS to manage candidates, collect recruitment data, and generate reports
  • Represent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees, and consistently provide a high level of customer service

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
  • Building your own brand by being in office 4 days a week, 1 virtual day (subject to change)
  • Someone who can build and foster long lasting relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Experience with recruitment technology, social media, and professional platforms
  • Adapt to change quickly and are comfortable changing course appropriately and quickly
  • Bilingual French and English an asset
  • Knowledge of iCIMS an asset

 

To join our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, HR or marketing.
  • 5+ years’ working in corporate Talent Acquisition with experience recruiting in retail, direct selling or D2D
  • Experience in utilizing analytics to support your tactics to recruit
  • Proven planning & project management skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, results driven environment

The salary for this role is $66,500K to $77K, with a yearly eligible 5% bonus.  Your final compensation will reflect your years of experience and beyond the numbers, we’re proud to offer a holistic package that includes:
