We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding amazing talent, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and making a real impact across the company.
In this role, you will be front and center in driving KOHO’s growth. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of departments, using cutting-edge AI tools to enhance sourcing and screening, while building strong partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs.
And that is not all. When hiring demand shifts, you will also have the opportunity to step into a People Partner role, supporting onboarding, internal communications, employee engagement events, and more. You will get to stretch your skills and contribute to making KOHO a fantastic place to work.
Talent Acquisition (your main focus):
Manage the full recruitment process across multiple teams, ensuring every candidate has a seamless and positive experience.
Use AI-powered sourcing and screening tools to find and assess top talent efficiently.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
Keep our ATS (Ashby) organized, accurate, and full of useful insights by updating hiring metrics regularly.
Help build our employer brand by partnering with marketing, managing our Glassdoor presence, and applying for top employer awards.
People Partnering (where you will flex and grow):
Support the People Help Desk by responding to employee inquiries and assisting with employee administration tasks, like UKG maintenance, reporting, and work permit tracking.
Play a key role in onboarding by coordinating pre-boarding activities, swag distribution, benefits enrollment, and our KOHO Academy.
Keep our internal communications fresh and engaging through Notion updates, Stand-Ups, and People & Culture newsletters.
Help plan and execute employee events that build connection and community, including Hub Days and Camp KOHO.
Who You Are:
A people-first recruiter, with at least 1 year of full-cycle experience, who loves building meaningful connections.
Tech-savvy, curious, and always looking for ways to improve processes with the latest tools.
