Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from understanding role requirements and sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
- Identify and engage top IT talent through strategic sourcing and outreach.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes, prepare candidates, and provide follow-up feedback.
- Negotiate offers and assist in the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and the sales team to meet business needs.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends to refine recruitment strategies.
Required skills and qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, including 1+ year in IT hiring.
- Proven success in headhunting & proactive candidate outreach.
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in recruitment or HR.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.
