We are looking for a driven and experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist who excels at sourcing, engaging, and placing top tech talent. Responsibilities 

• Manage the full recruitment cycle –  from understanding role requirements and sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
•  Identify and engage top IT talent through strategic sourcing and outreach.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview processes, prepare candidates, and provide follow-up feedback.
• Negotiate offers and assist in the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers and the sales team to meet business needs.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends to refine recruitment strategies.

Required skills and qualifications

•  3+ years of experience in recruitment, including 1+ year in IT hiring.
• Proven success in headhunting & proactive candidate outreach.
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in recruitment or HR.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.
