Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sourcing diverse candidates by utilizing various sourcing methods in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, ATS systems and through social media - General knowledge of human resources operations is strongly preferred - Understanding of full life-cycle recruitment is beneficial - Knowledge of effective selection methods including behavioral interviewing and structured assessment tools/processes - Knowledge and understanding of EEO and Affirmative Action policies and procedures, as well as employment functions and human resources regulations and laws - Behavioral interviewing, qualifying and selection skills - Recruiting experience, with diversity focused initiatives preferred - In-house recruitment experience preferred; staffing agency experience will be considered
