Talent Acquisition SpecialistĀ 

We’reĀ looking for a Talent AcquisitionĀ SpecialistĀ who understands that every detail in the hiring process shapes how candidates experience our company. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of recruiting—ensuring interviewsĀ runĀ smoothly, communication is seamless, and everyĀ candidateĀ interaction feels thoughtful,Ā timely, and human.Ā 

You’llĀ partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to bring consistency, efficiency, and care to the hiring process, helping transform recruiting operations intoĀ a high-quality candidate experience.Ā

WhatĀ You’llĀ DoĀ 

Own Interview Scheduling & LogisticsĀ 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and interview teamsĀ Ā 

  • Manage complex calendars and adjust schedules proactively to minimize disruptionsĀ Ā 

  • Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, agendas, andĀ logisticsĀ with clarity and professionalismĀ Ā 

  • Ensure interviewers and candidates are fully prepared with the information they needĀ Ā 

Ā 

Deliver a High-Quality Candidate ExperienceĀ 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview processĀ Ā 

  • ProvideĀ timely, clear, and empathetic communication at every stageĀ Ā 

  • Anticipate candidate needs and proactively address questions or concernsĀ Ā 

  • Create a welcoming and organized experience that reflects our company’s valuesĀ

Support Recruiting Operations & ATS ManagementĀ 

  • MaintainĀ accurateĀ and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ā WorkdayĀ 

  • Manage job postings, candidate workflows, and interview stagesĀ Ā 

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systemsĀ Ā 

  • Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce frictionĀ

Partner with Recruiters & Hiring ManagersĀ 

  • Act as a key support partner to recruiters by managing coordination,Ā logistics, and administrative tasksĀ Ā 

  • AssistĀ hiring managers with scheduling, interview preparation, and process guidanceĀ Ā 

  • Help ensure alignment and consistency across the hiring processĀ Ā 

  • Step in toĀ solveĀ problems quickly and keep the process moving forwardĀ Ā 

Ā 

Track Progress & Support ReportingĀ 

  • Monitor candidate pipeline activity and interview progress to ensure timelines are metĀ Ā 

  • AssistĀ in tracking key recruiting metrics such as time-to-interview, scheduling turnaround, and candidate responsivenessĀ Ā 

  • Provide reporting support and insights to recruiters and stakeholdersĀ Ā 

  • IdentifyĀ gaps or delays and proactively recommend solutionsĀ Ā

Enhance Processes & Moments that MatterĀ 

  • ContinuouslyĀ look for ways to improve coordination workflows and candidate touchpointsĀ Ā 

  • HelpĀ identifyĀ ā€œmoments that matterā€ in the candidate journey and elevate them through thoughtful executionĀ Ā 

  • Contribute to building scalable, repeatable processes thatĀ maintainĀ a high-quality experienceĀ
