We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this role you will play a critical part in fueling our rapid growth and high demand for the market’s top talent while navigating complex operational challenges and partnering with Continuant’s leadership in order to optimize our teams for greater scalability and impact. You will have to draw on your own extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition, sourcing best practice, and your own unparalleled ability to foster relationships and build trust with all levels of the organization.

Job Duties:

  • Partner with the talent team manager and leadership to target, identify and source the best possible candidates for current and future openings
  • Work with hiring teams across the organization to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
  • Actively recruit candidates and assess for best fit and longevity
  • Assist HR and hiring managers by coordinating onboarding for all new hires
  • Build and maintain a deep network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews with prospects and develop an ability to anticipate hiring manager needs and preferences
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives including best practice assessments, interview coaching, partnering with Marketing teams to build brand awareness, and collaborate with HR as needed
  • Act as point of contact, ensuring consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle
  • Assist with the optimization and scaling of the Talent team in order to achieve hiring targets effectively

Qualifications & Benefits

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in full cycle recruiting with a focus on passive candidate generation, engagement, and closing strategies
  • Experience in technical recruiting, particularly IT, AV or UC engineers preferred
  • You have a deep level of industry experience and understanding of best practices with the adaptability to apply experience to building a best-in-class Talent Acquisition team
  • Experience sourcing candidates and comfortability with cold outreach
  • Passion for delivering a high-touch Candidate Experience in the hiring process
  • Able to thrive in ambiguity and navigate challenges within the hiring and onboarding process
  • Comfortability leveraging multiple recruiting platforms and other channels to build candidate pipelines and brand awareness
  • Creative, a tech-savvy thinker who enjoys using technology as a tool to maximize and enhance experiences
  • Deeply committed to follow through and able to show demonstrated success supporting multiple business partners with competing requests while offering an unparalleled degree of service
  • Intellectually curious with a solid ability to gather information, research, and trouble shoot

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong consulting, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with little supervision in an extremely fast paced and ambiguous hiring environment
  • Possess strong analytic skills and able to leverage them to create, measure, and scale recruiting practices
