Position Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports both hourly and salaried hiring across the organization by identifying high‑quality talent, optimizing recruitment processes, and partnering closely with hiring managers. This role serves as a strategic talent advisor—providing market insights, understanding role requirements, and building strong candidate pipelines to meet staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
Principal Accountabilities
Manage full‑cycle recruiting for entry‑level to mid‑level hourly and salaried roles across IPG North America.
Ensure compliance with requisition approvals, job postings, and advertising standards.
Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process by screening candidates, presenting qualified talent, and refining workflows.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, provide regular updates, and coach them on interviewing and offer best practices.
Coordinate candidate assessments and deliver results to hiring teams prior to interviews.
Manage candidate communication and logistics, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and onsite coordination.
Oversee the offer process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with HR partners to support seamless onboarding for new hires.
Maintain and enhance standardized hiring processes for hourly and salaried positions.
Partner with Payroll to process candidate expense reimbursements.
Support Corporate HR with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Essential Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field required.
Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience; at least 2 years in the staffing industry strongly preferred.
Exceptional organizational and detail‑orientation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based platforms, including video‑conferencing tools.
