Your mission
We have made some big leaps in 2024 to build our Expansion Team and have launched NeoTaste in 3 new markets in Europe. Now it’s on you to build on these foundations and scale the initial US Team!
- Take full ownership of our commercial & GTM hiring and support our hiring managers in recruiting the best talent for our foundational US Team
- Advise our internal stakeholders on all Talent Acquisition matters and be the go-to person for their questions, acting as trusted partner
- Provide the best possible candidate experience for our applicants and help them to be successful in their interview & employee journey with us
- Expand our candidate pipelines not only by sourcing but also by finding other creative ways to engage passive talent and entice them to join us
- Use data to produce insights into candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics and to inform our hiring decisions
- Level up talent acquisition for our US Team by running local initiatives and working on projects beyond the day-to-day recruitment
- Represent NeoTaste and our values in the best way, internally and externally
Your profile
- You have seen the journey before: You have worked for scaling software startups similar to our stage and have built high quality teams. Through your learnings and at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment roles, you know what it takes to reach the next step.
- You are passionate about commercial & GTM hiring: You have hired for various sales, business development, account management, growth/marketing and partnerships roles at different levels and enjoy working on a variety of US-based jobs. US employment law and general HR knowledge is desirable.
- You are a trusted partner for internal stakeholders: You like to collaborate with hiring managers and other internal (or external) stakeholders, and are seen as a talent expert.
- Your communication is engaging and on point: Whether written or spoken, you know how to inspire the people you speak with! Your English skills are on a professional level, no German required (but it’s a nice to have).
- Your organisation & prioritisation is unbeatable: Not only are you able to structure your workload in the most effective way, you also know how to manage competing priorities.
- You are used to the startup craziness: Dealing with ambiguity and ever-changing plans is no news to you and you are quick to adapt to new situations and goals.
