Summary:

Certarus is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Calgary. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop talent pipelines in the truck transportation industry and will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating offers to candidates across North America. The successful candidate will have experience in high volume recruiting for the transportation industry and will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment with opportunities to grow their career as we grow our business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building talent pipelines by sourcing of candidates through established and creative channels
• Reaching out and conducting interviews with potential candidates
• Providing candidates with a top tier candidate experience from start to finish
• Be trendsetter and champion of Certarus’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals
• Constant communication with Certarus leaders to ensure recruiting needs are adjusted to meet the geographic areas we work in
• Collaboration with the HR team to determine compensation strategies and to ensure we remain competitive in total compensation packages

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Previous experience in the recruiting of high-volume roles in the transportation industry
• Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and remote signing platforms
• Proficient computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills are necessary
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to multitask a variety of projects under pressure and tight deadlines
