We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can build strong candidate pipelines, evaluate talent, and serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers. You will typically manage 8 to 12 open positions at a time, most frequently recruiting production associates, maintenance technicians, skilled trades professionals, and CDL and non-CDL drivers, while also supporting professional and other positions as needed.


What You Will Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates
  • Build pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, offer preparation, and pre-employment hiring activities
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate ATS and HRIS records
  • Use recruiting data, technology, and responsible AI tools to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes
  • Support job fairs, community outreach, employer branding, and onboarding activities


What We Are Looking For

  • Three to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting both hourly and exempt positions
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience using applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions with accuracy and follow-through
  • A strong customer service and continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to embrace new technology and responsible AI use

Preferred experience: Recruiting in manufacturing, transportation, logistics, distribution, skilled trades, or another operational environment.
