Position Overview: 


The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the recruiting team in attracting and hiring top talent across corporate, field management, and hourly craft labor roles. This role will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while helping to build and maintain talent pipelines.


The Specialist will also support early career and community outreach efforts, including career fairs and partnerships with schools and training programs. Essential Functions: 

  • Assistwith sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach efforts to build a pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Review applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Support recruitment efforts for internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level positions.
  • Help build andmaintainrelationships with universities, trade schools, and community organization
  • Assistin coordinating and attending career fairs, campus events, and other recruiting activities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring needs across departments.
  • Provide positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support reporting needs.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment efforts. 
  • Ability to travel to job sites, career fairs, etc.- up to 10% 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles. 
  • Proficiency in Spanish a plus. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to source and engage candidates across various platforms. 
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Combination of in-office and remote work(3 days in office, 2 days remote)
  • General work environment – sitting forlong periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. 
  • Noise level isusually lowto medium; it can be loud on thejobsite.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
