Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist, Staff Professionals, is responsible for the full cycle of non-attorney recruiting. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective hiring of qualified candidates and assists with the development of diverse and innovative strategies to meet staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works under minimal supervision and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders within assigned business function(s), gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and team dynamics to strategically source and attract top talent that aligns with their goals and cultureÂ
Partner closely with Human Resources Managers to understand hiring needs, departmental nuances, and workforce trends within assigned practice group(s), leveraging insights and relationships to support effective recruiting efforts and ensure recruitment processes run smoothlyÂ
Lead intake meetings with assigned hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create a recruiting planÂ
Review submitted resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify top candidates and present recommendations to hiring managersÂ
Analyze selected candidate’s experience to prepare competitive salary offers in collaboration with staff compensationÂ
Manage relationships with staffing agency contacts, including providing feedback regarding the quality and overall fit of the candidatesÂ
Establish sourcing pipelines for key Firm positionsÂ
Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation in the Firm’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Â
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal candidate management systemsÂ
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degreeÂ
At least three (3) years of related work experienceÂ
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)Â
Knowledge of recruiting standard policies, practices, and principlesÂ
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) softwareÂ
Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Strong time management skillsÂ
Ability to multitask and adjust workflow based on shifting prioritiesÂ
Ability to analyze data in order to make strategic recommendationsÂ

    Target Hiring Range $75,000 - $95,000

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.Â
