Position Overview
Tierra Encantada is actively expanding its brand presence across the United States. We are seeking a results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role supports our corporate centers in attracting and hiring top talent, assisting throughout the hiring process, and helping create a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees. In partnership with the HR team, this position also provides cross-functional support to ensure consistency across recruiting and onboarding efforts. The role contributes to building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified early education professionals for our childcare centers and corporate office, while promoting a positive candidate and employee experience.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and brings strong communication and interpersonal skills to support a growing team.
This position will report to our corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.

Key Responsibilities
In addition to core talent acquisition and onboarding responsibilities, this role will provide cross-functional support to the broader Human Resources team, working in partnership with HR team members to support key initiatives and day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on qualifications, education, and experience.
