DescriptionPrimary Purpose
Execute all aspects of sourcing, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Salaried and Hourly Professionals.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Working with hiring managers to collaborate on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs. Ensuring EEO compliance and the end-to-end recruitment process within the Oracle Recruit ATS.
- Candidate Sourcing utilizing various recruiting platforms and targeted recruiting.
- Identify Hourly Professional and Salary-Exempt open positions - create/define requisitions.
- Candidate Selection/Onboarding - Candidate review, salary parameters, candidate onboarding experience.
- Guides and directs management of Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years' experience.
- Recruiter Certification, SHRM Certification.
