The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building talent pipelines and identifying potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. In collaboration with the hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Advisors, the Talent Acquisition Specialist leverages creative sourcing strategies including candidate sourcing, industry events and associations, community partnerships and social media to target and connect with both active and passive candidates, guiding executive level candidates through our hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience through to hire.

WORK STATUS: Two (2) term full-time (up to 18 months)
HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, 35 hours per week. Flex options to work outside of these hours and hybrid may be available.
SALARY: Non-union Level 7 ($82,900 - $107,280): Salary will be determined based on relevant experience and qualifications related to the specified pay band and job. Placement above the midpoint of the pay band is typically reserved for candidates who significantly exceed the minimum qualifications, such as those with exceptional experience, specialized skills, or demonstrated achievements relevant to the role. This ensures fair and consistent compensation practices across the organization.
