Introduction:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the fast-paced real estate industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, Sourcing, and recruiting top talent to support our organization's growth and success.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various positions within the real estate industry.

  • Proactively source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, qualifications, and selection criteria.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and potential candidates.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to leverage additional candidate sources.

  • Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition in the real estate sector.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.




Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in the UAE as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of real estate job roles, qualifications, and industry-specific recruitment challenges.

  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates effectively, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
