We’re a growing at both pace and scale, with a steady pipeline of specialist roles. To support that growth, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage recruitment with consistency, clarity and professionalism. This role focuses on effective hiring processes, high‑quality stakeholder engagement and a positive candidate experience. You’ll help the business hire well by applying good judgement, good communication and a structured approach to each search. If you want to stretch your muscles in stakeholder engagement, candidate journey and have a measurable impact across the business this is not to be missed. 

Responsibilities

This is a delivery-focused role centred on day‑to‑day recruitment activity. Growing in your recruitment career, this opportunity offers a great learning curve if you are moving from an agency role to inhouse. You'll get the opportunity to: 

  • Manage the full recruitment process from briefing to offer
  • Support hiring managers to define requirements and realistic search parameters
  • Create and manage pipelines for specialist and hard‑to‑find skill sets
  • Write and post job adverts that are clear and aligned to the market
  • Conduct screening, shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Represent the organisation in a professional and consistent way with all candidates and stakeholders

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has recruitment experience hiring at pace whilst prioritising quality 
  • Communicates clearly and comfortably with a range of stakeholders
  • Is organised, consistent and able to manage several roles at once
  • Takes pride in delivering a structured and reliable recruitment process
  • Builds good relationships and represents the business with confidence
  • Works with integrity and understands the importance of good governance in hiring
