Role Overview

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to attract top-tier talent and foster a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.

·       Conduct and facilitate candidate interviews, managing interview schedules with panels

·       Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other career platforms.

·       Engage with active and passive candidates leveraging innovative approaches to attract top talent

·       Maintain best-in-class candidate experience.

·       Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates

·       Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and refine processes accordingly

·       Collaborate with department managers to create structured onboarding schedules and robust plans for new hires

·       Support culture and employee engagement initiatives across the company, working to promote a positive environment
