About the role

Ā 

We are currently on the look out for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Allied Health programs across Eastern Health. You will be a strategic internal consultant, partnering with stakeholders to achieve workforce sustainability. The role focuses on:

Ā 

  • Developing and implementing targeted talent acquisition strategiesĀ 
  • Promoting a positive candidate experience and ensuring consistent employer brand representation
  • Providing specialist advice on sourcing, attraction, workforce insights, and market conditions
  • Supporting hiring managers with guided, strategic recruitment services to enhance the quality and timeliness of hiring decisions
  • Coaching and supporting stakeholders to effectively engage with recruitment systems

About youĀ 

Ā 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

Ā 

  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist or related role
  • High volume internal recruitment experience
  • Qualifications in HR or relevant field
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Experience or exposure to SuccessFactors and/or other cloud based recruitment systems

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
