Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a results-driven professional experienced in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced healthcare environments. Under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, they leverage advanced sourcing strategies, ATS and CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, they execute strategic workforce plans to meet immediate staffing needs and long-term organizational goals while maintaining a strong, metrics-driven focus.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positionsĀ 
  • Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems toĀ maintainĀ candidate pipelines andĀ accurateĀ recordsĀ 
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing toolsĀ 
  • Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignmentĀ 
  • Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisionsĀ 
  • Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition statusĀ 
  • Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build andĀ maintainĀ a strong new graduate pipelineĀ 
  • SupportĀ positiveĀ candidate experience and employer branding initiativesĀ 

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

Ā 

  1. High school diploma/GED, required.Ā Ā 
  2. Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
  3. Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
  4. Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
  6. Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills

Preferred qualifications:

Ā 

  1. Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
  2. Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience
