Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations
- Responsibility for full cycle hiring and talent pipeline development
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Coordinate job postings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging job descriptions that comply with the law.
- Screen resumes and Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, providing a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) accuracy and ensure timely updates on candidate progress.
- Assist in developing and refining hiring processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
- Employer Branding & Outreach
- Support employer branding efforts, including social media campaigns, job fairs, and community engagement.
- Work with marketing operations to develop outreach strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and recruitment fairs.
- Candidate Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.
- University Relations & Career Fairs
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and technical schools.
- Coordinate participation in career fairs, information sessions, and campus events.
- Develop internship and early-career hiring programs in partnership with academic institutions.
- Onboarding & New Hire Orientation
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees feel welcome and well-integrated.
- Support new hires in completing necessary paperwork and accessing company resources.
What You Bring:
- 4-6 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related fields.
- Bachelor�s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Recruiting experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction industry is a plus.
- Experience with university relations and career fairs is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers and external partners.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Annual Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Bonuses are awarded at discretion, not guaranteed.
