Turner & Townsend are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the ANZ Talent Team. This role ideally would be based out of our offices, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent
Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance
Manage all communication with candidates from application/ approach until offer acceptance
Update applicant tracking system to ensure for accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration
Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business.
Essential Behavioural Criteria:
Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists.
Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
