DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, sourcing and selecting high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role works closely with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to deliver timely hires that support business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also contributes to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and onboarding initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions from requisition approval through to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.Â
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job boards, databases, social media, employee referrals, etc.).Â
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and workforce needs.Â
- Conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and guide candidates and hiring managers through each stage of the process.Â
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback at every stage.Â
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with recruitment policies.Â
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment marketing initiatives, such as job fairs, social media campaigns, and campus events.Â
- Coordinate with the TA Officer for interview scheduling, documentation, and compliance.Â
- Participate in onboarding activities in collaboration with the Employer Brand & Onboarding Specialist, supporting a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.Â
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality, source effectiveness) and suggest process improvements.Â
- Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.Â
- Support Emiratization, diversity, and inclusion goals through unbiased sourcing and selection methods.Â

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferredÂ
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within aviation, transportation, or a fast-paced, customer-focused industryÂ
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and working on online platformsÂ
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skillsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantageÂ
