Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across sales, customer service, operations, and corporate functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking and reporting using our ATS.
Assist in employer branding efforts, job fair planning, and outreach to community partners.
Collaborate with HR on onboarding, offer letters, and hiring documentation.
