Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: On-Site - Farmers Branch, TX

Salary Range: $25 - $28/hr 

Requirements:  

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition 
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools

​​​​​​​As a key member of our talent acquisition efforts, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments and locations. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across sales, customer service, operations, and corporate functions. 

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. 

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach. 

• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. 

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking and reporting using our ATS. 

• Assist in employer branding efforts, job fair planning, and outreach to community partners. 

• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, offer letters, and hiring documentation.
