Under the general supervision of the People and Culture Assistant Director, the Talent Acquisition Specialist performs routine human resources work with a primary focus on full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. This role is responsible for managing every stage of the recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, candidate evaluation, pre-employment screenings, and participation in job fairs and other sourcing events. This position plays a pivotal role in the successful employee onboarding process. The position partners with leadership to understand workforce needs and independently oversees recruitment and hiring processes for assigned departments, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality candidates.
