Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring managers in creating and refining jobs and specs, providing guidance as needed
Create competitive, efficient and scalable recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Manage the full life-cycle recruiting for assigned roles while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and serving as an ambassador for Tend
Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers to create and implement sourcing strategies for Clinical and healthcare openings
Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure future talent needs are met
Advise Hiring Managers to ensure appropriate delivery of the recruitment process (feedback, interview training, job specs, etc…)
Track and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed
Manage the candidate experience with an emphasis on communication and efficiency in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process
Keep update candidate status in our inhouse ATS (UltiPro)
Assist is delivering candidate feedback, compensation negotiations, onboarding, and much more
Function as key advisor and partner to leadership, hiring managers by proactively aligning the talent acquisition efforts & solutions to achieve strategic initiatives and operating objectives that are integral to supporting the evolving business plans, people, and culture
Qualifications
2-3 Plus years prior experience in lifecycle recruitment
Agency and In-house recruitment experience preferred
Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
Experience working with UltiPro or another major ATS
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
