As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take on the recruiting function in our fast-moving, multi-state optical retail organization.
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle recruiting for our headquarters, store-level, and field leadership roles. You will partner with our leaders to anticipate staffing needs and strive to bring in the highest caliber of talent needed to meet the needs of our fashion-forward, optical retail stores.Β
Responsibilities
β’ Manage full-cycle recruiting - requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer approval routing, and onboarding handoff.
β’ Own and maintain requisitions, candidate pipelines, and offer letter approval workflows in ADP Workforce Now.
β’ Coordinate across sourcing channels β job boards, referral programs, local partnerships.
β’ Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, turnover by territory) to leadership and provide input on how to improve those metrics.
β’ Ensure hiring practices remain compliant with FLSA, EEOC, and applicable state employment law across SEE's multi-state footprint.
β’ This is a Monday through Friday in-person role at our offices in Southfield, MI with occasional work required outside of business hours to accommodate candidate schedules.
Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting a multi-location retail, healthcare, or field-based organization
β’ Hands-on experience with an HRIS/ATS platform; direct experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple locations and hiring managers simultaneously.
β’ Working knowledge of FLSA, EEOC, and multi-state employment compliance basics.
β’ Strong Excel skills and comfort working with staffing and headcount data.
β’ Excellent communication skills and the judgment to operate independently in a company without a dedicated HR department.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
