Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractor)

Location: Europe (fully remote role)

Are you passionate about recruitment and working closely with management to assist the teams in supporting their goals? This role, which can be based anywhere in Europe, will work as part of a talented team of globally distributed People & Culture professionals.

What your new job can look like…

Due to some exciting company growth, we need some more support in our People & Culture team. The role will be a Contractor opportunity, responsible for assisting with our recruitment needs globally, as well as providing talent acquisition strategy and process improvement support.

With the pace of Moodle, no two days will be the same! But most days will involve a mix of:

• Working closely with the People & Culture and the management team to provide a timely and efficient recruitment process
• Improving our recruitment processes
• Developing and updating job landscapes and job ads
• Working with the P&C team to develop talent acquisition strategies that will help attract, retain and engage candidates
• Managing technical recruitment campaigns and providing expertise in the best approach to sourcing candidates in technical roles
• Promoting the awesome things about working at Moodle, and creating an amazing candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports

Requirements

We'd love to meet you…

Especially if you can talk to us about your:

• Solid work experience in a recruitment role
• High level of experience recruiting technical/software development roles, with the ability to understand and interpret technical applications
• Advanced level of understanding of technical roles, with the ability to interpret and assess technical applications
• Experience managing virtual recruitment across multiple time zones and locations
• Passion for delivering a fantastic candidate experience and developing creative solutions to hiring challenges
• Advanced level of English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to quickly and effectively build strong relationships, trust and credibility with stakeholders
• Ability to self-motivate and manage your own workload, whilst working remotely
• Solid skills working with HR management and recruitment systems, video conferencing tools, and the Google business suite.
• Ability to work flexibly, with varying start and finish times to accommodate our global business needs
